They don't "set the standard" for me. If you had a good experience there, great. When I was looking for a new Viper, I couldn't believe the attitude of the "salesperson" there and swore I'd never go back. They couldn't be bothered with me.
For Viper service in Phoenix, I think you'll find Luke Dodge and Eddie Martin provide the best service and attitude around. Many would back me up on this I'm sure.

Eddie Martin at Bill Luke is the best! He works to my schedule, has picked my car up at my home, goes to many race events and helps at the track, and his work is second to none.

Don't know Mr. Santos, though it sounds like he is doing a good job for you, but I do know Eddie Martin, and even clear out here in the Hinterland ,we know what a good mechanic he is.Eddie will do you right , and he does know his stuff. It's great to be in a position where you have a couple of quality Viper Techs in the vicinity.

When you make a statement as you did, which was "ED MOSES DODGE SETS THE STANDARD" as your header for your post, I thought I would add my own experience in one of their departments. I think I am free to do so, aren't I? I really don't care where anybody takes their car or where they buy. But I do know the people drive a lot further than Scottsdale to have Eddie Martin work on their cars. Hmmm.....wonder why. See you at the Pavilions....I'm there a lot. Wow...that place is getting crowded, huh?
