I tried performing an archive search on this topic, as I remember a thread about it a few months ago, but couldn't find it. Seems like virtually every Viper engine has tarnish on the silver-colored accents and logos on top of the engine. I seem to recall recommendations about various metal polishes that could be used to remove the tarnish. I tried Meguiar's car cleaner wax which worked well on the strips of metal, not so well on the snake head logo or VIPER lettering. Has anyone tried Zaino Z6 spray? I watched someone try a small amount of windex on another Viper once, didn't work well at all (put spots on the metal). Any other tips on home remedies that work?
