engine won\"t turn

have a 93 rt 10, 7,000 miles, just charged a dead battery, and after the engine turns over it shuts right down, any ideas or help would be appreciated

Hope it's soon sorted. Is it the immobilizer cutting in, for it to start and then cut immediately?

Disconnect battery for 5-10 min., then reconnect battery, and try again.

You say "engine wont turn" but that is NOT what is happening, is it? The engine does TURN, fires up for 1.5 sec, then shuts off?
If so:

Your alarm EEU has lost contact with the ECU. The Viper thinks your battery change was an attempt to steal the car, and is shutting off the fuel supply immediately on startup.

The 93 has no "re-synch" feature on the fob.

Do the re-connect thing, and then ARM the alarm. Wait 3 minutes.

Then disarm the alarm. Now, try to start the Viper.
