I tell if I don't warm it up once in a while, the seals will go dry.

And if I wanna drive the Viper, I just do it.

Gotta go to the store. then the follow-up question: "what did you buy?" So now I have gotten in to the habit of actually buying something each time I go to the store :)

Not that I need an excuse to drive my Viper, since I'm the one paying for it, but sometimes I'll drive it just to go get gas, and if i'm not below 1/2 tank, I drive around until I am, then the gas trip is totally justified :)

I gotta go to work, I can either take the Mustang or the Viper, no excuse needed ever, but now.......

The Mustang has been sitting since 4/29/05 with a blown headgasket which I just fixed, now I have to redo the lower intake manifold gasket (darn cork ***** - using Permatex this time)- so the Viper is my only option.

Because I'm still breathing!

YOU KNOW IT!!! :headbang:

I live 2 miles from work and just over a mile to my gym and I drive my Viper damn near everytime its not gonna rain... I'm just overly anal and will park in bumble$#@& just to feel safe.

When I'm driving the car around the development I feel like a shark checking HIS waters

I just tell my lovely wife:

"I haven't shown the girlfriend yet"

OR

"I'm going out to look for some strange".

And with the gas mileage so good, she would never believe I'm going to the gas station for gas, she not that gullible.

I'm actually pretty lucky... I constantly get "All that money you paid for that dang car, and you just let it sit there" So whenever I do drive the snake, and she asks where I'm going... I just reply "I'm going to get my money's worth" lol...

1. Blow dry the car...good one
2. Recharge the battery...good one
3. Keep the gaskets from drying out...even better ;)

Keep them coming.

Lately I have added...well, I need to get out there before the weather gets too hot or before it rains again.

for you married dudes, here's one that's sure to get you out the door & cruisin' guilt-free for only $8-9...

"honey, i'm gonna take the viper out for a ride, would you like me to pick you up a bottle of wine?"

doesn't matter... as long as it classifies as wine. cheapest stuff can be had for as low as $5. i mean i have priorities you know. the less i spend on wine, the more i can spend on gas. this oddly reminds me of my college statistics professor but he was always comparing wine & cheese. i hated him. lol...

So does your wife forgive you for "ebmarassing" her by getting her a bottle of such a low value    ? Or is she not such a wine lover and do you show her how much she means to you with other things  ? Sorry if my question is a little bold btw

Just used I need to get gas for the lawn tractor line. Took an hour plus. Hmm, but that station was backed up.
