There's really no "adjustment" to make. Either the shock is bent or the spring itself is sagging and has bent oddly. You can't even rotate the spring; the bottom end of the spring has to sit in a spiral seat on the shock body and so only sits in one orientation. Time to take it out and look at what's causing it.
