The volume knob on the OEM radio installed in my 2006 is barely working now. Not sure what happened since I barely use it.

When I go to change the volume, it barely will go up/down even though I spin the knob

Is this a known problem with this model of radio (the disk changer version) and any suggested fixes?

Thanks in advance.

That's a common radio used in many Chrysler products (mini-vans, trucks etc.). Can get one from your local pick-a-part, eBay.

Part number 05091507AE.

Thank You. Is it a direct swap or are there any anti-theft considerations I need to account for with the replacement unit?

Is this better than say switching it out for the navigation unit that was an option available during the '06 model year?

Thank You
