I have a couple spare sets of Gen 1 rims and am going to attempt to refinish a set. I have a couple questions.

1. Are Gen 1 Three spoke rims painted or powder coated?

2. Anyone know the paint color code(grey)?

I plan on either stripping or having them soda blasted

Just in case you are not aware 92-94 and 95 are different colors. 95 have a sparkle finish.

Chrome !!!.... I liked the look on my old '95, or buy the set you want. Gen 1 rims are cheap.

Be careful purchasing gen 1 wheels, they have a tendancy to bend due to the huge offset. Make sure you get a warranty/guarantee that they are NOT bent. Speaking from experience.

Bad part is you'll never know until after you've purchased them and taken them to get balanced.
