I'm looking at 3D print some vents and mount in the same location as the e Gen 5 ACR, after some aero testing.

I have a spare set of fenders to work with, all the factory items will be stored.

Anyone worked anything like this before?

Can anyone with an Gen 5 ACR measure your fender vent, or post a pic with a tape measure on the vent? I need some data to build mine. Thanks

@pokeyl I have a 3D scan of an OEM G5 fender vent if that helps. However, scan data is a little difficult to work with if you don't have the proper hardware & software. You might be better off just buying and hand measuring a G5 plastic vent, they are only like $90 per vent if I recall.

You would have to go clean up the scan (presuming you have CAD skills and the correct software to handle 3D mesh/point cloud data) and prepare it to print, I wouldn't recommend that. Cheaper to buy it for what you are doing most likely.
