Gentex/Johnson 50-GENK60 rear view mirror / remote control

Has anyone installed one of these in their Gen II Viper?

It doesn't have the remote control aggregation feature, which is the primary reason for getting the Gentex/Johnson model.

ohh ok got cha.

this one is made for the viper tho and as longas the hook ups are the same then I dont think you would have an issue with the gentex.

I have that mirror in my 2000 GTS. It does block alot of your vision out the front windshield. It can only be angled up so high out of your line of vision if you are tall. But it is worth it to me to get rid of the clutter and not get blinded by every truck that gets behind me. The wiring was easy. I just ran it in the space between the windshield and the body at the top. It slides on the existing mirror mount. I bought mine off ebay out of a 04 sebring. The auto dim is great as is the garage door opener. You can use the temperature probe to monitor inside, outside, amp, intake air or anything else you want to know the temperature of as long as its between -31 to 131°F +/-3°.
