I went to the track today with Mark Brown, Mark had recently had his heads ported by Jason and then took his car back and Jason installed headers and B@B exhaust dynoing somewhere around 500rwhp. We drove out to the track and Mark asked me to make a couple of passes in the car which I agreed to do. On the first pass with a 1.70 short I ran a 11.2 at 124 but when I went to make the 3rd gear shift my hand slipped off the shifter and it didn't go into third gear so I double clutched it and finished the pass. Knowing that I left a lot on the table I drove straight back to the staging lanes and made another pass, this time no problems left with a 1.67 short time and I made all the shifts, the car turned an impressive in my opinion 10.92 at 128.04. I think these are some impressive numbers for a stock motor and gears car with only headwork and exhaust running on worn out radials.What do you guys think?
