Does the top part of the bra have a "V" shape? If so, you have the late model RT/10 bra and the thread size might be different.

When you say they are too small.... are you saying that the replacement "snap cap" thread size is actually sliding around in the hole?

Joseph may be correct.
You may have the wrong bra, because 94 bras are no longer produced and getting hard to find. I installed my bra on my 94 with few problems...the main one being the placement of the velcro strips...they dont seem to hold on too good, but I finally was able to make it all work, and it has saved my hood/bumper from damage a number of times.
What part number is on the box??
Cheers,
Scott

If memory serves...the correct screws had a small round head, with a slot for a slotted screwdriver...not phillips and the head fit nicely inside the snap. Ill take a look at mine when I get home to be sure...Maybe someone pilphered (sp) the correct screws. Did the box look like it had been opened before?
Also I bet a company called "Safari Land" made the bra for Dodge...They make bras for many car companies...maybe you could contact them, they are located in Ontario Calif. area code 909.

Cheers,
Scott

Just installed a bra this past weekend and although not an early gen car/bra, the screws definitely had a "blade" rather than a "phillips" head, and was a fine machine head that recessed into the supplied snap washer. The screws were in a zip lock, small bag.

Dont do it!!
Where did you buy your bra...from a dealer?? If so, have them get you the correct hardware...maybe they can steal it from another bra in thier stock.
The part that goes over the front bumper on mine fits great...dont drill into your snake..!!!If you strike out, try calling Safariland. (see above post by me)
Cheers,
Scott
