Bought a 2013 gts. The passenger window auto up/down was wonky. Thought I'd try to address is before damage was done. Assumed it was a typical issue with boss broken pieces or regulator tubing. Replaced the bosses with the doug shelby pieces and added the viper store bandaid.

Once put back together the window would go up and auto roll back down halfway. Attempted the relearn procedure a couple times to no avail. Tried again and now the window will not roll up at all.

The window rolls down. Receive no click when trying to roll it up. Same issue on both drivers and passenger door switch.

Replaced the door module with a new oem one. Same issue.

Removed the motor from the system and have the same issue. It will spin for down but nothing for up on both switches.

Where do I look next?

I do not have a Gen V manual but the 2005 has some tests.

Gain access to and disconnect the Driver Power Window Motor connector
Using a 12-volt test light connected to ground, check the Driver Window Up Driver
circuit.
With the DRBIIIt, actuate the DRV WINDOW UP.
Does the test light illuminate brightly when the DRV WINDOW UP circuit is
actuated?
All
Yes → Go To 4
No → Go To 6

6. Gain access to and disconnect the Driver Power Window Motor connector
Disconnect the Body Control Module C2 connector.
Measure the resistance of the Driver Window Up Driver circuit between the BCM C2
connector and the Window Motor connector.
Is the resistance below 5.0 ohms?
All
Yes → Replace the Body Control Module.
Perform BODY VERIFICATION TEST - VER 1.
No → Repair the Driver Window Up Driver circuit for an open.
Perform BODY VERIFICATION TEST - VER 1.

I will look up the wiring diagram.

There is a up and down relay for the passenger side. Driver's side is direct control. Remember this is 2005 diagram

There is a hall sensor too.

Ok. Did the tests as prescribed and noted good resistance. Didn't have a tool. Disconnected battery out of sheer annoyance and now it is working but still auto down when the window reaches the top.

A friend's 2013 recently got regulators rebuilt, if pulled the switch all the way and using auto up, then the passenger side would go up then roll back down like yours, but if it's just going up manually then all good, feel like it might be a window adjustment issue, could be an anti pinch safety sensor or something detecting enough pressure when rolling up hence backing down, this would be address by adjusting the regulator screws on the door I think

As for rolls down but not up, his car got it on the driver side, we think it's due to some wiring issue, because I ran a scanner on the car, the switch itself send signal but the window motor doesn't get the voltage, and he got new driver door modules as well. We ordered a new driver side door wire harness and will be installing that for testing once it gets here, hopefully next week

If it's not calibration, which it could definitely be, then I would guess that you're getting too much physical resistance at the top in the fully up position and the resting/down position needs to be adjusted down ever so slightly. There's a procedure listed out in the service manual for up/down/left/right/in/out adjustment for Gen V as well as the calibration procedure.

In this attached image, #1 are the glass fasteners and #2 is the up stop fastener. Those are what you'll be adjusting for up/down alignment.

You must be registered for see images attach

The express up/down relearn procedure is written out as:

1.Using the scan tool, go to the network topology screen.

2.Click on the Diagnostic Procedures tab at the lower portion of the screen.

3.Run ECU Reset for DDM/PDM.

4.DDM/PDM calibration missing DTC will now set.

5.Using the window switch, lower the door glass to the full-down position by pushing down (depress) the window switch to its second detent and hold the switch until the door glass is fully open. Continue to hold the window switch down for two seconds after the door glass is fully open.

6.Raise the door glass to the full-up position by pulling up on the window switch and hold the switch until the door glass is fully closed. Continue to hold the window switch up for two seconds after the door glass is full closed.

7.DTC will now be stored. Clear code and test window operations.

If you don't have the diag tool, which most people wouldn't, you can probably just disconnect the battery for a bit, let the capacitors discharge for a few minutes and then hook it up again and start the calibration as it says in #5/6. I will tell you that at least in my experience this was finicky as hell to get dialed in.
