hole in soft top

Is there a quick fix for a small hole in the soft top? Will a iron on patch work? thanks in advance for any help.

I put on some iron on patchs to keep it from getting wear holes. It works.

I wouldn't lose too much sleep about your hole. I had a Mustang convertible once with a beat and dirty white top. I had a new black top put on for $500 and it turned out awesome. The material would just have to be matched for and RT/10 if it ever needed replacing.

Check the phone book for people that redo convertible tops and they probably could patch it for cheap.

Or, I know this will sound cheesy, but in the past I have "fixed" holes in convertible tops with black silicone rubber. I just put a piece of masking tape over the hole on the outside and smeared the silicone on the inside to make a patch. It acutally looks decent because the tape will leave a texture on the silicone to keep it from looking shiny.

For a minute there I thought they were selling the whole top with frame for $304. Still a good price for just the fabric since Mopar wants Viper tax for these.
