Try WWW.TNTVIPERS.com - They sell a GTS-R style center hood louver shipped primed for $795.
P.S. I just looked at TNT's website and they don't show the louvers there, but they offer them in their catalog. If you give them a call or E-mail I'm sure they'll send you one.

Call Autoform (616)392-4909. They sell the Center Hood Louver for $450.00. They also have the over the wheel vents.

Northwind has them as well, Item 30 for $599, http://www.viperclub.org/northwind/ , I think these are Carbon Fiber.... drop Mike a call and ask. It includes the installation kit.
