How do reset my check engine lite?

I have an ODBII reader got the code and believe i have fixed the problem, but when i start the car the check engine lite is still on.

Either disconnect the PCM or use the code reader "erase" option to clear the codes. If you dc the PCM be sure to reset WOT by turning the key to the on position and slowly press the throddle to floor three times.

If its a Roe Racing reader just let it cycle 4 times and it will erase for you....

and if that doesn't work, try fixing it again.
