How does Parts Rack stay in business?

...........OK so I'am looking for a Eibach lowering pro-kit for my '09 Challenger R/T. I search around I find a really good price from another place and about to buy when I remember "hey Parts Rack sells Eibach" so I call Jon and ask him "by chance can you get this for me?" He checks, says yes I can, and gives me a price just a little tiny bit higher than the super low price I found. I say "that'll work, I would rather give you my money even its a bit more" Jon says "hold on a minute I WON'T be under sold!" then gives me a price a bunch lower I think geez its not even for my Viper and he's still THE BEST price anywere! WOW

A big THANKS to you Jon for ALL that you do for the Viper community

Maybe Parts Rack needs to change its slogan to: "If It Fits On Or In a Viper or Any Other Car we can get Parts for"

1 - We sell at a slight loss, but make it up on volume.

2 - We cheat the other guy, and pass the savings on to you.
