I know I just got the car a few months ago but I want to get into a gen II GTS. The car is a 1994 Viper Venom 550R with 28k miles and A/C. The mods to the car include:

Venom 550R package: Ported cylinder heads and intake manifold, roller rockers, chromoly pushrods and upgraded valve springs, full length headers, Borla exhaust, throttle bodies, and smooth tubes.

Top Gun nitrous kit, short throw shifter, MGW shift knob and ashtray

Custom black interior and black painted dash, new floormats

Alpine CD player, Alpine speakers and a JL amp

Painted solid red side stills, painted cowl, White vinyl racingstripes

3 piece trunk top

Gen II 18" wheels and like new tires

Ouch.... That's a tough one....

I would highly recommend spending +/- $100 and getting a dyno sheet to show potential buyers. On and off the laughing gas. This would be a big selling point if the #'s are good.

OK. So how much? Just a guess, but 40K would make me happy if it was my car and I was trying to sell.... 35K and I may grin and bear it. Of course, a lot depends on how much 'I' just paid a few months ago. ;)

You might be able to pull off $45k if the right buyer comes around.
But I think $40k is more likely.

Good Luck either way! :2tu:

I agree with Casey and Onerareviper, 40k sounds about right and it should be a rather quick sell. Would you still be taking a hit on it at that price?

It's a beautiful car, unfortunately having 28K on a Viper is like 75K on any other car. Old age home... :) but 40K seems reasonable.

Agreed $40K seems reasonable, probably what I would sell my 95 for and it is not a Venom package.

Beautiful car, personally I would sell my Gen II before I got rid of the Gen I.

40K would put you in a GTS with those miles. I would have the car dynoed to be able to verify the Venom 550 power output to a potential buyer. Nice job on the improvements you have made to the car. :2tu:
