How safe is a \'00 RT/10 in a roll-over?

I've noticed there quite a few roll bars out there for the cars & it got me wondering.

I've had 6 convertibles in the past & put rollbars in 3 of them because I drove with my son in the car. I was assuming the RT/10 was pretty safe for a rollover because of the design - not like a typical 4 seater convertible. I will be driving many times with my son in this new car & wanted opinions on its rollover safety.

Thanks,

Dave.

Very safe as the sport cap framework is STOUT. Much better than cars with only the hoops (fixed or deployable) behind each seat. My car was a rollover, no driver injuries other than ego...... Only issue would be if you were tall and your head sticks out above the sportcap. That is why SCCA rules put roll bar relative to the drivers Helmet.

Thanks, All.

Interesting note on the spare, that's a common thing I've done on my previous convertibles - but I'll definitely leave the spare in place on this snake.

It would be almost impossible to roll a Snake unless you got it up on two wheels. Most people just put roll bars or cages in the car for safety reasons for the track.
