I cant reply to threads

I can obviously post a new thread, but can't post a reply to an existing thread. There is no text box at the bottom of the thread to type a reply like it used to be. I have deleted my cookies and cleaned my history in IE, but still no luck. Anyone got any suggestions?

I can only reply by clicking on the 'reply' to the right of the previous reply..
No quick reply box......

Click on reply in the header and it opens
the window.
