I removed my cats, How do I know if I need 02 sims??

I have a 2000 rt/10, Just wondering If I really need 02 sims? and if so which or all of them the same?
I heard of roe racing sims (will the vec 1 work instead) and I saw casper electronics had 02 sims for dodge but will they work on a viper?

The "Check Engine Light" will illuminate and the above named products will work just fine. The Casper simms are plug and play and the Roe will need to be spliced into your downstream O2 wiring.
