ignition lock cylinder broke

i didn't know where to post this, but thought i'd put it out there for a future search. my ignition lock module broke yesterday and nobody around had one to fit a 96 GTS. i had oreilly's check for a module for a 95 dodge dakota and it was an identical match and $40 cheaper. my car has yet another non-viper part on it.

I think he said it was around 40-50
