Jon B. does it again

Just wanted to say thanks to Jon B. at Partsrack. I called him first thing this morning and actually caught him just walking in to open up the shop. He said today being the first day after Christmas is usually the busiest day of the year for him. We talked for close to 30 minutes and he gave me some great advice about how we might be able to get the car totalled (From the car wash incident). He had several calls come in while on the phone with me but just kept on with our conversation. It's really nice to have someone so knowledgeable and helpful on your side. I had never bought anything from Partsrack but Jon will have my business from now on.

Jon B is the place to B for Viper needs!!! Damn I wish I could get a 30 minute conversation out of him, you must have hit a nerve. I'm very glad I can usually get 5 minutes of his expertise before he has to go. Those 5 minutes go a long way.

As I posted in a "wrecked" Viper thread..........he has helped numerous folks out with the "diminished value" issue on wrecked Snakes.

Props to Chuck Tator who also has helped folks out with this touchy insurance issue.
