You DO NOT remove the Allen bolts. All you need to do is drive out the 2 pins that hold the brake pad spring onto the back of the caliper and then remove the brake pads. Install the new pads and then install 1 lower pin. Next put the spring under the lower pin and press it down while reinstalling the upper pin. make sure you seat the pins with a drift pin punch.
