Looking for Chrome Shop in SE Michigan

Looking for a good shop to do a couple of sets of wheels: standard chrome and black chrome

I saw a booth at last years Autorama for a place called color coat plating co. They're in Madison Heights 248 744 0445.

I don't have any experience with them though.

I use a chroming place near 696 and I75. Haven't done wheels with them though. Electro Plating 248-541-0035.

Thanks guys. I called both numbers and neither do aluminum rims.. I didn't realize it would be so hard to find a local chrome shop...especially in the motor city.

Try Ron at R&J, they're a forum vendor, highly recommend them. I believe they are in the buffalo area.

If you want to do rims isn't there a place in CA that does a good job. I've heard lots of good things about them. I think they're called something like California Chrome or something.

wanted to go local to reduce down time. With Spring approaching, I didn't want to have wait 4-6 weeks. I just got the rims a couple of weeks ago and was looking at my options. If nothing local turns up, then they'll be going to California Chrome next winter.

I had my viper wheels and my buddy's srt-10 ram done at
www.pca-industries.com .Had great luck with them , It was a 2 week turn around.
