Looking for that GTS pre-purchase evaluation guide

Hey,

When I shopped for my Viper, someone sent me a link to an evaluation form for checking over a Viper GTS, it included an image of the GTS positioned in several ways to circle damage, and a number of categories of problems to check for. Anyone have it?
