Can I use Michelin Pilot Sport Cups for the street? What kind of mileage do the tires get? I got around 7k on the last pair of OEM Michelins the fronts seam to wear a little more than the backs (not enough burn outs).I am sure they handle great due to a racing tire any info would be great..

You can, but Kumhos would probably be equaly as good and 1/2 the cost.

You should expect 2-3k miles out of a set, and drasticly improved performance in every way.

I have been running the Cups for about a year now. I put them on just before VOI in Dallas, then drove them all the way to Vegas for the Silver State Classic, then drove them home to Seattle. I just haven't gotten around to changing them. I thought they were great on the Texas Motor Speedway at VOI and I like them for the street. I think they would also do well at the drag strip but have not made it there all year. They do seem to pick up more rocks than the Pilot Sports.
