My 2001 GTS Rearend Differential Cover has a Sneaky Pete Logo ... is this stock? ---

My 2001 GTS has a cast Sneaky Pete Logo on the rearend differential cover.

My car has had rear gears installed, so I wasnt sure if this was the stock cover ... or a custom cover?

Stock indeed. Bit of trivia for you...they went to the fangs logo on the gen III/IV cars.
