I have had a problem with a dealer in northeast Ohio. Service has not been good by any standard, but that is not the biggest problem I have. When I bought the car it was advertised in print and statements that it had a higher than stock hp rating. The dealer has stated that they did all the work and would get me all the information on what has been done. The information has never come forward, even after my asking manytimes. Now that I am looking into the hp rating the info is still not coming, and now their story is changing. Well the car has now been checked twice by experanced people and it just is not what was sold. The person I would of used to straighten this out can not because he has working ties with them, and it would be a conflick of interest for him. If you think you can help please Email me at [email protected]

Finally the car will be checked a third time shortly by a well known organization, and fixed. The orginal dealer will never touch the car again.

If this is not the correct place for this please move it and tell me were it went, thank.

I am more interested in having the car be what was solded as.
1 way is to work with the people I am sending it to be fixed and work out the cost.
2. by parts needed to fix it plus install fees
3. give fees to fix car
4. take car back and refund all my money back

And of croase any legals fees I get to make it happen.

Sounds like basic fraud and maybe unfair and deceptive trade practices to me (if you state has a statute for such). I'd consider getting an estimate for how much $ was necessary to bring it up to speed, so to speak, and then pursue legal action, rather than getting the work done beforehand which could negatively impact your case because the other side's attorney would not have had an opportunity to have the car independently tested. Send me a PM if you want to talk.
