Some here already know I purchased a red 1997 5,500 mile GTS with headers, exhaust, short shifter, and some side vent grill pieces.. all of these mods minus the exhasut system have been swapped onto my black Roe Supercharged Viper. A week after I bought the red 1997 Viper I found a deal on a black 1999 Roe Supercharged Viper with HRE's.. so clean
What I'm going to do is keep the black 1999 Viper and sell the red 1997 one, but before I do I have been pulling the mods I want to keep from the red car, this past weekend I took on the task of pulling the headers on the red car and swapping the stock manifolds off the black car, I just finished installing the factory manifolds on the red car but I have a problem, as you can see from the pictures the red car has a "Magnum" 3" exhaust while the black car has a Borla 2.5" exhaust, I think the Borla looks cleaner/better but the Magnum probably flows better, whats your opinion, should I swap exhasut systems too or should I just leave them be... I will have a extra cost to take the cars into a local muffler shop and have a 3" to 2.5" reducer installed on both cars...
