Isn't about 3/8" the largest we can go with stock studs.
Someone posted a "rule of thumb" a while back on the minimum numbers of turns you need from your lug nuts to be safe.

I heard that you need 7 complete turns on the lugs. I put 1/4 spacers and got 9 turns.

This may sound sill, but forgive my ignorance. What issue are you having causing you to need whel spacers?

I didn't have any problems. I just had a set and I was bored because the weather in the north east suuuuuuucks.....

i need to put 18s on the car for racing and if the wheels dont have the right off set for srt's and most dont, the wheels need that 3/8 even with the emergency brake relocate kit on.
