New computer...too much rear brake?

My 'body' computer was recently replaced in my '09. I took it to the track after that and noticed an unusual amount of brake dust accumulating on the rear wheels. The dust actually seemed more than on the front wheels. Not too concerned about the dust, just the relationship between the rear and front. I didn't notice anything squirrely that was specific to the brake performance because I also went from PS2's to Nitto's and it took me a while to get used to the new tires. The rotors and pads are all stock. Is it possible the new computer could be causing a rear brake bias? I'm also wondering if my rear pads could be "dragging" on the rotors. Anyone else notice an inordinate amount of rear brake dust?

Thanks in advance.

On my '08 I notice about the same amount of dust both front and rear. My car is completely stock.
