Hi all,

bought my first Viper from this site a couple of months ago, 2001 Yellow RT/10. I'm addicted! Just sold my '07 Shelby GT500 to buy another Viper! Looking for a nice, low-mileage, well maintained car that is reasonably priced with no stories. Prefer red or yellow GTS, FE or ACR.

THANKS!

Check out the classifieds on this site. Though not red or yellow, I know someone selling a 2000 steel grey/silver stripe GTS with 8k on the clock for an extremely good price.

It is a very nice car. I'm hoping to find an '01 but would really prefer an '02. There was a 2002 FE here a couple of weeks ago for $50K and I should have bought that car.

If you haven't already thought about joining and didn't see this before.
This gets you an avatar on this site along with ability to buy raffle tickets, Viper Magazine, and discounts on a bunch of Viper products.
Maybe win the 08 raffle car and not have to purchase another one....;)

What do you have in the $20 price range?:D Seriously, I am planning on joining. This is a great website.:2tu: I don't think I can wait until the raffle because the money is burning a hole in my pocket.

Nice choice on your first Viper!

With the markets the way they are right now (stock, real estate, cars) you can probably find a killer deal on an ACR. That would probably be the best money spent on a 01/02 GTS.

Good luck with your search!

Thanks! I'm hoping that will be the case.

I did and Bernie has very nice cars and was great talking to, but I'm too cheap to pay dealer prices. Like Rob stated in his previous post, I should be able to find a good deal because of the current state of the markets (housing, stocks, cars, etc...)

Danny,

I have a member in the STL area with a '97 red GTS w/ aftermarket wheels for sale. He's looking to get mid 40's out of it. I'll check, but I think there are about 19k miles. I can have him call you if your interested.

Cheers,

Michael
