If you live in Houston, Northwest Dodge is great. They go out of their way to please you. I even sat and watched them do the work. Carlos knows his stuff. I have had some bad expierences with some of the other locals around. You might want to give them a shot.

I certainly can support Albert's comments. Northwest, Carlos and Gloria go out of their way to take care of us. This has been a real breath of fresh air here in Houston. A big thank you to the Northwest gang, we appreciate it.
