Looks like after 2 events the Vipers are 1, 2 in T1, with Paul Mumford #1 in overall despite some terrible problems by Team #208 (Dearing/Wasserman) with major mechanical problems the first day at Pahrump. Team #208 was a hair away from being disqualified beacause in the first lap of the first session a brake line broke on Sunday with no parts available. If you don't run 3 laps you're OUT, SoCal Rebell drove 200 miles to get the part and got back to the track 20 minutes before the last session. With the help of every race pitted around us we got it on with 10 minutes left in our session. With great applause Dearing jumped in and managed 4 timed laps on a highly technical track he had never driven to put us in 4th pace in T1. God I cannot begin to tell you how much we appreciate all those racers coming out to aid and getting us out there.

Today at Willow Springs both Viper teams SHREADED EVERYBODY. Tomorrow Streets of Willow Springs and hopes to extend our lead.

. You guys are probably as dominant a force as Ferrari in F1. Thanks for the update Ron. Just how fast did you drive those 200 miles?
