Hmmm, looks like you're right. That's the real long way to get there though. Just clicking on regions on the top right is quicker, but doing it the way you did sure does not work. And it should.
Good catch, I'm sure our worthy webmaster Mr. Cobean can fix it up.

This is one I can't fix because the problem is that the link on that page is wrong. It should be Welcome to the VA/MD Region of the Viper Club of America. rather than vamd.viperclub.org. I sent a note to the programmers here to update the link.
