As title sais, the passenger side door of my 92 won't open anymore. Is this a common thing with an easy fix, or should I go and take the service manual and take off the doorpanel in order to see what's goin on?

nobody any thoughts? It just doesn't react any more on the inside door handle...

It looks pretty cool though to jump in like in the movies, but I would like to be able to open it for all these lady's which want to have a ride...

thanks for the reply, I would really like to check, but I really can't open the door in order to check the wiring. It's not electrical, but it won't open by hand!

Since it doesn't have an actual "lock" and nothing happens when you pull the release handle from inside the door, it's mechanical. So..... I agree with your first post: or should I go and take the service manual and take off the doorpanel in order to see what's goin on? YES!!

Maybe the door is sagging a bit and was solidly closed. Try pulling the handle a giving it a good tug. Adjust as necessary... :dunno:
