Here's what your power steering bracket will look like :(

This came off a STOCK Motor :eek:

The Power Steering Pulley will do the same thing :confused: It's PLASTIC :curse: It shears off right at the shaft :eek:

Exactly what is it you guys are doing to break them? Of all the crazy vipers i've driven, never once has this issue come up.

Daily driving :shocked: It's called heat cycles :confused: Our cars are being driven more :2tu: but creates other problems :(

Both p/s & tensioner pulleys are plastic, and break from heat.

Dave, I like your PS pulley more than the March one I have. Yours has got to be lighter. I didn't know you carried them.

My track car broke the pulley after 35K. My RT/10 has over 100K and will be getting a pulley/bracket swap in a few weeks when I have the time.

dimitrios just broke his a week ago. he had to limp home.

dave, you'll be hearing from me in a the next week or so for one on my 98.

Over 40k miles on mine... still not broken. Interesting info none the less, i'll have to keep an eye on it.

My P/S pulley broke a while back fortunately it was in my driveway when it happened. I was amazed at what a pos it was.
