Awesome pics! Just a small correction. The #1 RT/10 is Ken Hainey, not me. Posted a very impressive 1:31 with a Gen 1.

What were everybody's best times and what mods did they have? How did the Ferrari do against the vipers?

All we saw before we left is the Ferrari spin off the track two times. Other than that, the Ferrari was being past like a Yugo in the truck lane.

Eddie great Pics' and the videos good too!!!

If everyone on the board does not know who "SoCal Rebell" is.....

You will now check out the videos see if you can guess where he is from!!!!

Ken Haney in his Gen I really pulled out all the stops with his new set of Hoosiers and i think just an exhaust system ran an amazing 1.31.2?? that is pretty **** fast on the track for a Gen I. (Dont let it go to your head Ken)If it hasnt already.

Vic is pretty much stock except for exhaust system. He was running 1.38 and this is only his 3rd time on the track.

Craig....well he had an off-road trip with Mr. Adleberg and after that he was not quite the same. They went off track I would say between 90 and 100 mph BACKWARDS!!!

SoCal what can we say.......I think he got down in the 1.32. Ken H is making him mad so he out to lose 50 lbs and that should take care of that second between them.

Lance(Killer Bee) was doing really well in his new ACR he was running in the 1.38 range consistently.

My best lap time was 1.29.105. My car is stock except for Stoptech System and filters. I was running 1.29 and 1.30 during the race

It great to see so much competition between friends. We might all razz on each other but we have a lot of fun doing it!!!

I think the Viper Days Event at Buttonwillow there is going to be some stiff competition In all classes. It going to be fun to watch.

Eddie,

Great pics. I was only there for Sat. but had a blast. Always a good time hanging with the viper boys. Yes, my best was a 131.26 in an old slow GenI. I appreciate all the kind words. Makes the off road trip and the new chips on my car worth while. Yes it was the next lap after the 131.

If Ron drops 50 lbs I might have to move up to a GenII.

Ken,

I couldn't best your time but I think I got you on the rock chips buddy
wink.gif
.

Ken, thanks again for lunch on Saturday. Thanks to Lance for lunch on Sunday and the drive back to the track Sunday morning (because of John D's hangover?). Thanks to John Horton for the Coke on Saturday. Thanks to Dan Cragin for helping me with my car on Saturday and Sunday. Thanks to Ron for his usual amusement, good humor and use of his tools. Thanks to Ken Adelberg for showing me the line... even thought I couldn't repeat it
wink.gif
. And Special thanks to John Dearing for showing me how to change my brake pads and for getting us both drunk Saturday evening
tongue.gif
. Thanks to everyone who attended this event as it was truly wonderful!

See you guys at Buttonwillow
