Power window switches?

Hi,
My driver side window switch on my 2001 is only operating intermittently. Wiring checks out ok. I see new switches for sale online, but they are all listed for the passenger side. Can I use a passenger side on the driver's side? Or would I need to do some wiring changes to use the passenger side switch?

According to my 2002 RT10 shop manual the pins are different on right and left so can't change things around. You need that left switch. Maybe just a shot of contact cleaner would get things back in order. Worth a try. JonB might have one or on the Bay.

Switches can be taken apart and cleaned. Cured a non working switch on my 02 gts

Thanks for the info. I'll look into taking it apart and cleaning it.

Taking the switch apart and using electronic contact cleaner fixed the issue. Thanks for the great advice, everyone.
