Preferred package groups?

Bought my Viper used and got a copy of the invoice. What is preferred package 2DA? 21A? How do I find out the "in service" date of the car?

Went through same thing with CCA 2 days ago. CCA told me that these are not option packages
but are for the engineers to follow the car thru production. 21A is the engine for your car but
they did not give me exactly what 2DA was. Call back to CCA and they will tell you the in service
date.
