Question: how does one remove the PCV value on a 1994 RT-10?

I have some oil seeping from the rubber grommet, and I want to check pout the PVC valve. I tried to pull it out, but it is stuck on the rubber grommet.

Is it normal for this oil seepage, and how the hell do you pull the PVC valve out?

Pull harder or pull and twist at the same time. My grommet was getting dryrotted, so i bought a new one. $10, maybe?
