Question on Caster

I am getting an alignment done Wed for a track day this weekend. My Specs are 1.9F, 1.0R, 0 Toe F, .2 Toe R. This based on many posts and some trial and error I have experienced myself...

I am stuck on Caster. I have read posts mentioning to go anywhere from 5.0-7.0 and only that it depends on driver preference. Can someone tell me the difference I may feel between 5.0 vs. 7.0?? Faster turning vs. sketchier high speed etc?? Auto X vs. Track use??

I don't know how much experience you have but to notice a 2.0 difference in caster would take some back to back laps.

Easy was to visualize caster, Motorcycle forks. Stock bike would be a stock amount of caster, long stretched chopper forks, equals more caster.
