Racing Stripes

Ok, another question.How much should I pay a good paint shop to paint on some white racing stripes?Do they just tape off the car and paint them over the red or do they have to scuff down the whole surface then paint then shoot clear?And finally,is there a particular paint code for the white?

Question: Do you need a heat gun, or can a high watt hair dryer heat the vinyl enough?
