i've read where some have problems with radio when car gets hot. if i recall, it would go out intermittently while driving, after car heats up. well, i have the opposite problem......radio doesn't come on at all when cold, then after some driving, it will come on and go off intermittently ( like there is a short or loose wire or something), then after 20-30 minutes of driving, it works fine.
any ideas?
Thanks.

You need to leave your car running for 20-30 minutes each time before you drive it.

That will solve the problem :)

Seriously... since it is an '06 Why even bother looking for the solution yourself? Electrical problems are HELL, to say the least.

Take it to the dealer, and make sure they don't take your car for a joy ride. Document the miles and don't even tell them the radio is fine after a long drive.. tell them it doesn't work, period.

Cheers!
