Renewed in January and signed up for Venom. Here it is nearly the middle of May and I've received NOTHING. Now I consider myself a fairly patient man but this is getting rediculous. I feel like I've paid for a years membership but I'm only getting half a year or less. I really want to support the VCA but they don't make it very easy. And yes, I've made the phone calls.
