got one of these coming I've used one they fit under a GTS OK,

probably not the best quality but I know for light use it should last, a couple of our members has been using them for a few years

I just use the spare tire jack and once I get high enough slip the Mac Daddy in place.

I also have had excellent service with the aluminum jack from Harbor Freight. There is a newer model now: ITEM 47246-9VGA $129.99. It is about twice the cost of the one I have but fast acting. It is definitely the way I would go now.

I have the $70 Harbor Freight jack. It's low, light and works great. When I first got it, it took a lot of movement of the handle to get the jack head to begin rising. I topped up the hyd. oil reservoir with hyd. jack oil ($3 at any auto parts store), blead it, and I now the head moves with a little handle movement. They short filled it at the factory.

One more vote for the "cheap" Harbor Freight model, had mine a couple of years and no problems.

$70 HF jack. Works great. I've used it for tire rotation on my PT cruiser and all the stuff on the Viper. It has great clearance. 3 years, no problems. And that reminds me, I've got to go remove my dead battery from the Viper.

i've gone through 2 costco jacks and 2 harbor freight jacks in a 1 1/2 year time span.

finally got the craftsman low profile racing jack from sears and haven't had any problems for over a year. the quality is much better then anything else for under $200.

I've had two of the craftsman aluminum ones for about 2 years and have had no problems. TT/10 is right you can't beat them for under $200. Only takes about 5 or 6 pumps to full lift.

I have a Costco and it's probably made by the same folks that make Harbor Freight. It's a good track jack because it's under 40lbs.

I also have the Groits jack. Without doubt it is the best home jack, but it's really too heavy to use for a track jack.

2 years with the Harbor Freight cheapos.

Only problem is that the little rubber pads on the lifting surface fall apart in short order.

Sure would be nice if someone made a bracket that fit over that "V" in our SRT-10's jacking locations.
