Just picked up my '96 GTS from my local Dodge dealer after a repair of an inoperative alarm. Now the alarm works fine but both key fobs are inoperative and the Viper mechanic is now on vacation!
I have disconnected the battery and now have the choice of 1) a potentially damaging flat bed tow back to the dealer where it will sit for a week, or 2) manually resetting the alarm myself.
Question, what is the best way to get the engine running again? I know there is a way to reset the alarm but am not 100% sure of the procedure.
Also, is there any way to update the alarm to incorporate the '98 on up keyswitch alarm override?
Any help is appreciated. Thanks
