Saw a white coupe with blue stripes at Glendale Dodge!

I didn't know these were out yet...hell, I didn't know they were for sale or anything, but I saw one sitting in the repair bay. Can anyone here explain?

Had to be a Commerative Edition or repaint ------haven't starting building them yet, and Dealers with allocation were just able to order on Tuesday.
