Seat and Dash/Door Panel Care?

What do you guys and gals use on the seats/dash/and door panels as a protectant? The shifter knob and steering wheel are the only leather bits correct? Kevin

On the Leather I use Harley Davidsons leather care products. I feel they are the best. and will not harm the stiching in the seats and boot.
