I'm too dumb and don't know how to post Icons, Flags, etc. But what the hell, Happy 4th and THANKS to the Soldiers, past and present, of all Branches of Military who lay it on the line everyday, who died for our freedom. Most of these Soldiers didn't have another career option initially in their young life, and used the Military to make a start somehow, somewhere. Not everyone gets to go to College on their Parent's money, then get a great job, and buy a Dodge Viper. Now I'm not insinuating anything here, so don't you Frat Boy tenderhearts get in an uproar.
But Jeeeezuz, look at today's Military and what SOME of them are going thru. (not the sit at home Officers raking the Fed. Gov't for as much as they can) I don't know about you, but I get a lump in my throat when I look at the 20 yr old kid on the News who was killed in action. The kid who didn't have ******* to begin with. I remember reading that story about the Journalist in Iraq, interviewing the young Marines about their young fellow-Marine that was just killed. They were each given one free phone call from the Journalist's phone, and none of them called home. Instead, they made one phone call from the phone and told the parents of the deceased Marine how great of a Marine he was and how hard he fought and how proud they were to have served with him.
That's a 4th of July story men. I gotta go, I'm tearin up....

I can totally relate to that since i'm deployed overseas 11 months out of the year. America is by far the greatest country ever and no contry compares! I've been all over and i would never want to live anywhere else! Coming home from being gone so long is a great feeling, just setting foot back on American soil brings a huge smile to my face no matter where i am in the United States.
